Vabaduse väljak on Tallinna kesklinnas Tallinna linnavalitsuse vastas asuv esindusväljak, mida igapäevaselt kasutatakse parkimisplatsina.
Müürivahe tänava ja praeguse Vabaduse väljaku vahelisel Harju tänava lõigul asus linnamüüris Harju värav koos kahe eesväravaga. Puu- ja Heinaturg tekkis pärast Tallinna bastionide lammutamist ja vallide tasandamist ja Harju väravate esine ala oli tuntud Heinaturu nime all.1875. aastal pärast Harju peavärava lammutamist tekkis endisele muldkindlustusvööndi alale Peetri plats, kus avati 1910. aastal Peeter I ausammas, mille Eesti Vabariigi valitsus otsustas 1922. aastal kõrvaldada. Kunagisest Heinaturust ning Peetri platsist sai 1923. aastal Vabaduse plats ja alates 1933. aastast Vabaduse väljak.

La chiesa Madre di San Nicolò a Noto è anche la cattedrale della città, in quanto chiesa principale della diocesi di Noto.
L’edificazione della grandiosa basilica barocca ebbe inizio nei primi anni del Settecento, a seguito della ricostruzione post sisma del 1693. Il prezioso monumento fu quindi ultimato nel 1776, anche se nei secoli successivi furono apportati vari rifacimenti e modifiche, come la decorazione della navata centrale e dell’abside con affreschi di N. Arduino nei primi anni cinquanta del Novecento e la sostituzione, sempre negli anni cinquanta, dell’originaria copertura a falde della navata centrale con un pesante solaio in cemento che probabilmente fu una delle cause secondarie del crollo del 1996.
