Landhaus Eva is located central and quiet at the bottom of Hahnenkamm, away from traffic-run. It is a short walk to the centre of Kitzbühel and to different sports facilities ( about 5 minutes walk to the cable car to Hahnenkamm , 8 minutes to the centre).
Easy approach even in winter with own parking place for each apartment.

Free mountain view, garden, ski slopes from and to the house, cross country trail beside the house. Physician in house.
